What is YYGP?
Short answer
YYGP is a mobile and web management system built only for Hong Kong domestic-helper agencies (not general-purpose software). It manages employers, helpers, contracts and receipts, and automates the contract workflow: passport and HKID photos fill the fields, 20+ forms print in one tap, the Immigration renewal application is filed in one tap, visa status is checked automatically every morning, and deadline reminders are created automatically. YYGP is built and run by EC5M Limited, a Hong Kong helper agency. The full package is HK$200 a month, and the first two months are free.

Who builds YYGP
YYGP is built by EC5M Limited. EC5M is itself a Hong Kong helper agency, and the system ran on its own day-to-day contracts before it was offered to other agencies.
That is why its features come straight from agency work: the reminder when Immigration has had a case for five weeks with no visa, reading addresses off the old contract, and the consulates’ document formats.
The system is designed around the Labour Department’s requirements for helper agencies and is updated as Immigration and consulate procedures change.
