YYGP serves one industry: Hong Kong domestic-helper agencies. Its screens, words, forms and reminders follow an agency’s real working day, so your staff don’t have to learn general-purpose software and you don’t have to set anything up from scratch.

20+ forms come preset to Labour Department, Immigration and consulate requirements, and 11 reminder types come with default lead times you can change if you want.
Owner, sales, document processing and runner are preset roles. A runner sees only consulate receipts; document processing never sees employer or helper profiles. Simple screens, fewer wrong taps.
The interface is in Chinese, English and Indonesian, so Hong Kong, Indonesian and Filipino staff all work in one system.
